The image format (portrait or landscape) does not matter, we arrange the image in the way that it looks best as a line art image, but mostly in portrait format. The file format of your image should be either .jpg or .png.

Yes, if you order with a frame, we will deliver our pictures to you already framed. This means the pictures are ready to hang up or give as a gift.

We send our gift cards directly to the specified email address once payment has been completed. The gift card is easy to print if you want to give it as a physical gift.

Yes, we do. We sell wooden frames in black, white, oak/wood, and dark wood. They are available in the following sizes: 30x40 cm, 40x50 cm, 50x70 cm, and 70x100 cm.

We offer payment by card payments, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

If you don't like the design, just write to us and we will adjust the image for you. If you don't like the image even after adjustments, you can cancel your order at any time and we will refund 100% of your money.

Unfortunately, no. We only print motifs in the sizes available on the website.

Since each picture is drawn by hand, it usually takes between 3-4 working days until the first draft is agreed. After you approve the draft, we usually send you the picture within 3-4 working days, so it usually takes 5-8 working days from receipt of the order to arrival at your home.
